Use the Agreements Table

Review synced PSA agreements, filter active recurring revenue, inspect agreement details, and add internal Scopable comments without changing the PSA.

Prerequisites

  • A connected ConnectWise Manage integration
  • Data Sync enabled for agreement data

The Agreements table gives you a read-only view of agreement data synced from ConnectWise Manage. Use it to review status, billing details, recurring revenue, and client context without editing the PSA record.

Open Agreements for the tenant-wide list. Open a client's Agreements tab when you only need agreements for that client.

Understand the data source

ConnectWise Manage remains the system of record for agreement fields. Scopable displays the latest successfully synced data and does not write agreement changes back to ConnectWise.

If an agreement is wrong, update it in ConnectWise and run the appropriate Data Sync again.

Search and filter agreements

Use the table controls to search and narrow the list. Available filters include:

  • Agreement status.
  • Agreement type.
  • Billing details.
  • Client.

The standard view starts with the Active status filter so current agreements are easier to review. Clear or change the filter when you need expired, cancelled, or other agreement states.

Use Active MRR to review the monthly recurring revenue represented by active agreements in the current view. Treat this as synced operational data, not as legal, accounting, or revenue-recognition advice.

Review agreement details

Open an agreement row to view its detail panel. The available fields reflect the data supplied by ConnectWise and the latest successful sync.

Review the source timestamp when freshness matters. A successful prior sync can still be older than the latest PSA change.

Add Scopable comments

Use Scopable comments in the agreement detail panel to record internal context for your team. These comments stay in Scopable and are not written back to ConnectWise.

Do not use comments as a replacement for required PSA updates. If a note must be available in ConnectWise or must alter the agreement record, make that change in the PSA.

Refresh agreement data

Run the Agreements Data Sync when you need Scopable to request current agreement records from ConnectWise. Wait for the sync to finish, then refresh the table.

Scopable does not edit agreements. A sync reads the current provider state and updates the Scopable copy.

Empty and error states

The Agreements page explains why data is unavailable:

  • Not synced: connect ConnectWise and run the Agreements Data Sync.
  • Running: wait for the current sync to finish.
  • Failed: review the integration and sync error, correct the cause, then retry.
  • No client agreements: the selected client has no agreements in the latest synced data.

Troubleshooting

An agreement is missing

Confirm that it exists in ConnectWise, belongs to a mapped client, and is included in the latest successful Agreements sync. Review filters as well, especially the default Active filter.

Agreement details are out of date

Update the record in ConnectWise, then run the Agreements Data Sync. If the sync fails, correct the connection or provider error before treating the Scopable data as current.

My comment does not appear in ConnectWise

This is expected. Scopable comments are internal and do not write back to the PSA.

I need HaloPSA agreement data

This guide covers the current ConnectWise agreement workflow. Do not assume the same agreement coverage for another PSA unless that integration explicitly lists it.
