Tenant administrators can now connect Liongard, map environments to Scopable clients, and sync systems, inventory, metrics, detections, and timeline context for Co-Work, quotes, and reviews.

Tenant administrators can start a paid subscription from Settings without a sales call: pick month-to-month or the 12-month commitment, check out, and keep the existing trial end date. Seats follow active team members automatically.

Invoices, receipts, payment methods, billing address and Tax ID, plan changes, and cancellation are all handled from the billing settings page through the Stripe Customer Portal.

A failed renewal opens a 7-day recovery window with reminders to the billing contact on days 1, 3, 5, and 7. Completing payment restores access automatically, with no support ticket needed.

Every tenant can now connect SimpleSAT with a read-only API key, map feedback customers to Scopable clients, and use synced CSAT and NPS context on the client dashboard without a rollout flag.
