Assessment and scoping
Turns client facts, findings, risks, and assumptions into a reviewable scope before anyone prices the work.
Assessments, findings, scope, quote handoff.
Scopable helps MSPs turn assessment findings, client context, risks, and recommendations into a reviewable scope before the quote gets built.
Built for 10 to 60 person MSPs that need a tighter bridge between technical discovery, roadmap decisions, and quote-ready project work.
Intent map
Turns client facts, findings, risks, and assumptions into a reviewable scope before anyone prices the work.
Turns the approved scope into commercial terms, line items, signatures, and client approval.
Turns the same client baseline into roadmap decisions, budget timing, and follow-up work.
Product workflow
These are the current assessment stages checked against the authenticated product. No tenant data is reproduced, and no staged screenshot is standing in for proof.

Start from a real client record so findings, assumptions, and follow-up stay attached to the account.
Build from reusable assessment sections such as executive summary, Microsoft 365 data, Azure recommendations, and custom notes.
Document evidence, gaps, constraints, client goals, and open questions before the team writes scope language.
Turn findings into proposed work, risk notes, roadmap items, or exclusions that can be reviewed before pricing.
Review the assessment, share it through a link or PDF, then carry the approved scope into quote work.
Inputs and outputs
Use repeatable sections instead of rebuilding the client discovery doc from call notes and old project files.
Keep findings, assumptions, client context, and data inputs visible before the recommendation becomes a quote.
Use available Microsoft 365 and Azure recommendation context where the account has the right connections and permissions.
Carry reviewed recommendations into the quoting path with fewer gaps for sales, engineering, and delivery to reinterpret.
Current boundary
Scopable is not an automatic scanner for every device, app, and risk in a client environment. Data depth depends on the connectors and permissions in the account.
Assessment recommendations still need human review. The product can organize findings and handoff, but the MSP owns the final judgment.
Quote generation is a separate step. Assessment and scoping define the work before pricing, terms, and signature.
The page does not show a fabricated product screen. Real assessments contain tenant and client data, so this page uses a verified workflow map instead of a staged screenshot.
