Which plan is right for me?

Free gets your whole team quoting, assessing, and running QBRs on live PSA and distributor data, with the REST API and MCP server included. Pro adds AI client health, meeting-to-quote AI, workflow automation, SSO, priority support, and more credits. Max adds advanced permissions, data residency, guided migration, and the most credits.

Is there a seat minimum?

No. Buy one seat or fifty. You pay per active user, and you can add or remove seats any time.

How do credits work?

AI features like the Assistant and meeting transcription spend credits. All credits pool at the workspace level: each seat adds its monthly credits to the pool, on top of the workspace's base credits, and anyone on the team can use them. Need more? On Pro or Max, add a monthly credit pack.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan doesn't expire and needs no credit card. Upgrade when you outgrow it.

Where's my data stored?

US East by default. EU and Canada data residency is available on Max. We have not completed a SOC 2 Type II audit, and we say so on our Trust Center rather than implying otherwise.
