Start from current data
Use the client baseline already inside Scopable instead of rebuilding the account story for every review.
QBRs, roadmaps, budget decisions, follow-through.
Scopable helps vCIOs and strategic operators turn current client data into QBRs, roadmaps, risk decisions, budget conversations, and quote-ready follow-up work.
Built for 10 to 60 person MSPs where the owner, vCIO, or senior account lead is tired of rebuilding the client story from tickets, admin portals, and memory.
The job
Use the client baseline already inside Scopable instead of rebuilding the account story for every review.
Turn gaps, risks, renewals, and roadmap items into a short list of choices the client can approve or decline.
Send the QBR output into follow-up work, budget planning, quote scope, or accepted-risk history.
Product workflow
These are the current QBR module stages documented in the authenticated app. No tenant data is reproduced, and no staged screenshot is standing in for proof.

Start from a reusable QBR template instead of rebuilding the meeting from a blank deck.
Tie the review to a real client record so the baseline is not floating around in a slide file.
Auto-populate sections from Scopable data, including assessments, compliance posture, opportunities, and agreements.
Review the sections, add notes, and turn the meeting toward budget, risk, roadmap, or follow-up work.
Generate the client-ready QBR document after the content has been reviewed and adjusted.
Inputs and outputs
ConnectWise Manage is active for client, contact, opportunity, agreement, and quote-adjacent context. HaloPSA is available in gradual rollout, and only one PSA can be active at a time.
Tenant-level Microsoft 365 sync supports customer mapping, users, license data, MFA posture, and GRC evidence feeds.
Scopable QBR sections can use assessment results, compliance scores, opportunities, agreements, and roadmap context already in the account.
The QBR module supports reusable templates, guided creation, section review, and PDF or presentation export.
Current boundary
Scopable is not a client portal replacement. Portal signals can feed strategy, but the QBR still needs an owner and a decision record.
RMM device and posture depth depends on the connectors enabled for your account. Test your exact client stack during the trial.
HaloPSA rollout can vary by account, and it cannot run at the same time as ConnectWise Manage.
The page does not show a fabricated product screen. Real QBRs contain tenant and client data, so this page uses a verified workflow map instead of a staged screenshot.
