SimpleSAT CSAT and NPS Are Now Live in Scopable

SimpleSAT is now available to every Scopable tenant.
The integration brings read-only CSAT and NPS feedback into the mapped client dashboard. The point is simple: account reviews should not depend on someone remembering to open a separate survey system before the meeting.
What ships in this release
- A tenant admin can connect a dedicated SimpleSAT API key.
- Scopable verifies read access to surveys, questions, customers, responses, and answers before saving the key.
- SimpleSAT customers can be matched to the correct Scopable client through the shared Mappings workflow.
- Mapped clients show CSAT and NPS context on the client dashboard.
- Connection, mapping, no-data, stale, and failed-sync states stay distinct. Scopable does not turn missing data into a zero score.
What Scopable does not do
This release does not send surveys, change customers, or write feedback back to SimpleSAT. The integration reads the feedback needed for client context and stores the credential in the tenant's secure vault.
Set it up
The SimpleSAT setup guide shows every click, the five required read permissions, and what to check when the connection succeeds but feedback has not appeared yet.
Once the key is connected, confirm the SimpleSAT customer mapping before using the score in a QBR or account review. That mapping is what keeps one customer's feedback from being attached to the wrong client record.
Start a Scopable trial to test the connection with one real client before using the feedback in a review.
